Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  We will email you a carrier tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created.  Click the "My Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  We understand that you may need to remove or add items to your order after it has been placed. Please send your requested change via email to us at [email protected] . As long as the order has not been shipped or picked up yet, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please remember that requests are subject to gear availability at the time we receive the requested change.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order. If you requested shipment of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please go to ups.com and enter the tracking number to see an updated status on your shipment.
My order never arrived.
  When we ship your order, we will email you the Tracking Number. Please check with ups.com to determine the current status and location of your shipment. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  We strive to pack your order perfectly every time. To accomplish this goal, we check and double-check each item with your order as it is packed. We also will not ship a partial shipment or alternative product without your consent. However, as we are not infallible, occasionally a mistake may happen. In the event that you find an item missing, please contact us at [email protected] or 904-274-2359 immediately for assistance.
