Although we are an internet-based business without a brick-and-mortar store (yet), we do offer local pick up for the convenience of our North Florida customers. Our current pick up and delivery options are as follows:
OPTION 1: UPS Shipping. This will be the most convenient and cost effective method for most customers. We will ship the equipment you request in time for you to receive it on the date you need it. (Local customers please see the map below, as southern Georgia and all of Florida should receive shipments overnight via UPS Ground.) In an effort to keep your costs down, we do not mark up shipping costs. (We actually subsidize them.)
OPTION 2: Pick-up and return at LENSFLY mailing location. We will set an appointment to meet M-F, between 10AM and 6PM and Saturday by appointment only, between 10AM and 12PM at 950 Blanding Boulevard, Suite 23, Orange Park, Florida, 32065. This is a UPS Store at College Drive & Blanding Boulevard, and it is our business address. There is a $9.99 service charge for this option.
OPTION 3: Custom delivery. We will deliver the equipment to you based on our availability. The base fee for this service varies depending on location but is based on $19.99 + 0.89/mile for pickups or returns between 10AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday. Mileage is calculated from our shipping address round trip to your location. There are many factors that can impact the delivery fee. Those include timed restrictions, deliveries to floors other than the first floor, same-day delivery/pick-up, when we are normally closed (late night, after hours or weekend service requirements may incur an additional $59.99 fee). We will do everything we can to work within your requirements.
If returning via a shipping carrier, charges are based on actual shipping costs (usually UPS Ground). We will include a prepaid shipping label for you to drop the repackaged equipment at your local UPS store by the close of business on the last day of your rental.
