Local Pickup & Returns
Can I pick up my order?

Yes - You may pick-up and return by appointment at our shipping location in Orange Park. Once your order is placed and verified, we will contact you to set an appointment to meet for pickup of your order. Monday-Friday we meet between 10:00AM and 6:00PM, and Saturday we meet between 10:00AM and 1:00PM at 950-23 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, Florida, 32065. This is a UPS Store at the corner of College Drive and Blanding Blvd., and it is our business address. There is a $9.99 pick-up/return fee for this option.
Do you offer after hours pickup/return?
We understand that many folks have obligations that can make meeting during regular business hours difficult.  If you find yourself in this situation, please ask us about alternative pickup and return times and locations.  We try to accommodate requests, but it is based on our availability and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Equipment Delivery & Emergency Orders?
We offer custom delivery and pickup of your order, depending on our availability. This service is most often used for large/heavy equipment, large orders, and emergency situations. Based on our availability, we will go out of our way to help you.  We have made late night deliveries to both deliver and assist customers with equipment.  We have even delivered directly to a wedding in progress!  The delivery fee for this service varies depending on location, but it is based on $14.99 plus $0.575/mile.  Mileage is calculated round trip from our shipping address.
Why do you charge a pick up fee?

As we are an internet-based business and the majority of our customers choose common carrier delivery. Thus, we do not maintain a brick-and-mortar storefront with meeting space. We appreciate our local customers, but local pickups can be time and labor intensive. Our $9.99 fee helps to offset a fraction of the costs associated with individual pickups and returns. Excluding gas and transit expenses, meeting often takes 1 to 3 hours of labor. (Yes, customers get stuck in traffic or misdirected, and we end up spending significant time waiting.)
