Late Fees
  Rental extensions are less expensive than late fees! If you know you are going to be late, please contact us before your return date passes.

Late fees for all items will be billed at 1/4 (25%) of the weekly rental rate per day. An order is considered late if the equipment is not returned on the due date and you have not contacted us and we have agreed to an extension of the rental period. For full details please see the Equipment Lease Agreement.
Rental Extensions
  If we do not have a pending reservation for an item, rental extensions are welcome.  Please note, rental extensions are charged at the daily rate of your original rental.  For example, extending a 3 Day Rental to 1 Week, does not change the rate to the weekly rate daily cost.  If you think you will probably need more time with the equipment, we recommend booking the longer rental period, which is discounted significantly, up front.
  Yes, we take reservations up to 90 days in advance of your delivery/pick-up date. Place an order as you normally would and specify the date you would like to receive the equipment. With an advanced reservation we will allocate equipment to guarantee we have the equipment you need when you need it.
Verification - First Time Renter
  All rentals are subject to and pending verification of customer information. For faster order approval, pre-submit your identity and residence verification information by submitting a Lensfly Verification Form.

Verification is dependant upon the information provided by you. Please allow three hours after we receive your verification information. If you are placing an order to ship or be picked up the same day, please be sure to order early so that we have time to verify your information. If we cannot verify your information the order will not ship and we cannot schedule pick up. If we are unable to verify any of the information requested, a full deposit may be required to fulfill your order.
  It is our commitment to provide you with excellent service and value. We understand that issues arise and you may have to cancel an order. Lessee cancellations are made by contacting Lensfly via phone or e-mail prior to pickup or shipment of the order. A cancellation will not be effective until an affirmative response is received by the Lessee from Lensfly. It is the responsibility of the Lessee to ensure that any message of cancellation is received by Lensfly.

If an order has already shipped via UPS or other courier or carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

Additionally, Lensfly LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Our receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to rent. We reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline the order or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item for any reason. By checking the “Place Order” button, you authorizes Lensfly to obtain an ID/Age and background verification check prior to acceptance of the order at any time prior to a rental.

Additional Requirements: Lenslfy reserves the right to request additional renter (lessee) identity documentation and or a Certificate of Insurance or a full retail deposit on any order and for any reason. Certificate of Insurance must list Lensfly LLC as the Loss Payee and list all rental Equipment with corresponding serial numbers and replacement costs.

Additionally, Lensfly LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
