Verification - First Time RenterAll rentals are subject to and pending verification of customer information. For faster order approval, pre-submit your identity and residence verification information by submitting a Lensfly Verification Form.
Verification is dependant upon the information provided by you. Please allow three hours after we receive your verification information. If you are placing an order to ship or be picked up the same day, please be sure to order early so that we have time to verify your information. If we cannot verify your information the order will not ship and we cannot schedule pick up. If we are unable to verify any of the information requested, a full deposit may be required to fulfill your order.
