When returning your Lensfly rental, please take care to re-pack the equipment exactly as you received it. Check that you have included everything you received including the cases, filters, hoods, batteries, manuals, lens caps and any other accessories.
If you received your rental via UPS, please use the original packing material to repack the equipment, seal the box and apply the included pre-paid shipping label. Take the package to your nearest UPS store, make sure it is scanned. It is a good idea to get a receipt in case something goes wrong with the return. DO NOT drop the package in a drop box as doing so leaves no evidence that the return has been processed.
If you chose local pickup/drop, please call or email to coordinate a meeting time with a Lensfly representative. Please contact us at [email protected] or (904) 274-2FLY.
CHANGING FLIGHTS:
If you need to extend your rental time or re-rent the equipment, please contact us at [email protected] or (904) 274-2FLY before your scheduled return date. Unless we have an existing reservation for the equipment, you may extend your rental and make arrangements for a different return date. Daily rental extensions are billed at the daily rate for the item; weekly extensions receive the corresponding discounted weekly rates as listed on our site.
We hope you enjoy the equipment and the customer service you receive at Lensfly. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please contact us at [email protected] or (904) 274-2FLY. If you have the great experience we hope you do with us, please spread the word to your friends and colleagues. We look forward to providing you and your friends great photographic equipment in the future!
Happy Shooting!
